The Program:

In this class, we will be making my favorite earrings. They are made using three gauges of non-tarnish copper wire and fresh water pearls. You will learn:

*how to make nice even wraps to use as coils
*how to make spirals
*how to wrap double wires
*how to add a bead dangle to the earrings
*how to make your own ear wires
*proper use of hand tools
*how to clean wire before use
*hammering techniques

Supplies:

Students please bring the following: Chain nose pliers Round nose pliers Flat nose pliers Cutters Flat ruler Sharpie marker (fine line)

The following will be available for class room use, but if you have them, please bring: Steel bench block Plastic mallet Chasing hammer Jewelry file or old metal finger nail file

 

 

Directions:

Come in the main door and make an immediate left.
